My name is Ksenia and I help my clients reach their goals through the use of creative techniques and visualization. As a piano teacher and an artist I had put together a series of exercises that will help you discover new ways on working on your goals. The reason most people give up on their dreams is because it is only real in their imagination. If they don't give it enough focus, it loses the power and becomes not achievable. I will show you how to create a Symbol of your Goal that will help you visualize success, increase your focus on the result and supercharge your motivation. My coaching topics include goal setting, overcoming stress, motivation, expressing feelings, health and well being, creativity and innovation, staying focused, emotional wellness, relationships and more.
